This is a contract between the agency and the main driver, both parties must strictly respect the general conditions for the rental of the vehicle.

The driver must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driving license with more than 2 years of seniority. Only the driver designated in the contract may drive.

– A description of the condition of the car will be attached to your papers and your contract. The agency will deliver a car whose condition is in accordance with the description, which the tenant must agree to in writing,
– Please inspect the vehicle carefully before leaving the agency,
– The agency will not consider claims for apparent damage that was not reported when the vehicle was made available,
– When returning the vehicle, the condition of the vehicle must be in accordance with the description.
– All subsequent repair costs due to the fault of the tenant or an identified third party will result in an additional charge to the rental price,
– The tenant has the right to drive the vehicle within Moroccan territory only.
– The tenant is responsible for any offenses committed during the rental period, and their contact details may be communicated to the authorities if necessary. – It is strictly forbidden to:
1. Re-rent the vehicle,
2. Participate in rallies/competitions with the vehicle,
3. Commit an intentional offence.
– In the event of damage or theft, the renter must inform the agency within 48 hours. He is required to send the agency the amicable report in the event of an accident or the theft declaration receipt provided by the authorities in the event of theft, as well as the keys and vehicle documents.
– The renter must be vigilant for any signal emitted by the warning lights appearing on the vehicle’s dashboard and carry out routine checks (tire pressure, engine oil and water levels, etc.) if necessary.
– The vehicle will be delivered to you with tires in compliance with road regulations. In the event of damage to one of them, the tenant will be obliged to replace it immediately at his own expense with tires of the same size, same type, same brand.

– The renter agrees to return the vehicle to the rental agency on the date specified in the contract.
– The rental period is calculated from the time the vehicle is made available.
– The duration of a rental contract is a minimum of 3 days.

– The vehicle must be returned during the agency’s opening hours.
– In the event of early return, no refund will be granted by the agency for unused rental days.
– In the event of late return, it is important to submit to our agency a request for an extension, as well as payment for the additional rental days.

– For any changes to the rental period or to the mileage agreed in the contract, the tenant will have to bear an increase in the price. In the event of returning the vehicle to a city other than Casablanca, the tenant will have to pay a supplement for the vehicle recovery service.
